Updated ARIA APG slider example using aria-valuetext need review

I believe I have completed the remaining changes to the APG slider examples using aria-valuetext.  Most have been reviewed as part of other pull requests.
Please try to review before the meeting next Tuesday so we can start merging these updates into the APG.
