SPACE and ENTER key behavior for treeview and menubar navigation examples

In the treeview navigation example the space and enter keys on an expandable treeitem follow the link (e.g. update the page content in the APG example).

In the menubar navigation example the space and enter keys on a menuitem that opens a sub menu, just opens the submenu.

Seems like at least the enter key on a menuitem that opens a sub menu should follow the link (e.g. update the page content in APG example).

It seems strange for treeview that an expandable treeitem can function like a link and in the menubar the menuitem that has a sub menu cannot.

In menus on the web if you click on expandable menuitems, they often act like an a link and take you to a new page, if you click on the twisty it opens the sub menu.
