Something has changed for removing test files in the aria practices repository

Matt,

Something has recently changed in the ability to remove test files from the `test\tests` directory of the aria-practices repository.
My pull requests are now giving merge conflicts for the test files I deleted when I updated examples to use more descriptive file names.
I don't remember seeing these merge conflicts when I created the PRs in April.
Not getting any easier to get PRs merged is it.
