I'm not an active participant in Firefox a11y these days, but I hope Jamie
or Marco can help to fix the issue (cc'ed)!

Btw, it's a good idea to provide crash reports if you have those (and
filing a bug under Disability Access APIs component,
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Core), it usually helps
to investigate the problem faster.
