Updated date picker example

Updated date picker example:

Changes:

  1.  Added touch event to open dialog
  2.  Putting focus in the input open the dialog, but leaves focus in the textbox
  3.  Added down arrow image after textbox
  4.  Added live regions with keyboard instructions when the textbox gets focus and when a date in the date picker date gets focus
