Urgent: need review of date picker dialog example

Hi all,

I had to do quite a bit of editorial work on the date picker dialog example page and related pages. Much of it done through the night so there is a somewhat higher probability of errors ☹.

I’d really appreciate it if one or two people could give all the documentation of the example a review before I merge.

I still have to merge this one, then spin button date picker, and make the change log. So, just a little behind schedule ☹
