Please study carousel pattern before meeting

Hi Team,

 

Most of Monday's meeting is dedicated to finalizing the carousel pattern for
this release. There is quite a bit to talk about.

 

I now have a draft that I believe is very close to final.

 

It would help a ton if people pre-read, carefully pre-read, the current
