Plan for coming 12 days -- Propose no meeting on Oct 16

Team,

There is a ton of stuff to hammer out in the next 12 days, but I think we
are now in a position where it can all be done most efficiently if we work
asynchronously. So, I propose no meeting for the 16h.

On October 23, I would like to meet and cover a few important issues of
order. For example, we need to discuss some items like whether we should
have @author attributions in code comments, getting the license statements
into files where needed, and things like that.

I have reworked the milestones. Here is the ARIA 1.1 APG Release 1
milestone:

https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/milestone/6

It is pretty aspirational at this point with 39 open issues. If we pull
together, I think we can knock out a huge chunk of those.

Is anyone ready to take up drafting the rest of the text for the disclosure
design pattern? It mostly just needs a description. That is issue #9:

https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/issues/9

I am focusing first on knocking out some of the heavy composition and
cleanup work in the most important patterns that remain incomplete and have
not yet been fully reviewed, e.g., menubar, grid, listbox, combobox,
toolbar. When I have small chunks of time, I am doing clean up work like the
checkbox fixes.

I will continue sending out posts to the lists with reminders about the high
priority reviews.

If anyone is in a position to set up some significant blocks of time for
proofing and testing, or writing, please let me know so we can coordinate. I
might be able to plan work accordingly.

Matt
