Help with menubar examples

Team, the menubar examples need some attention.

 

Siri, Jemma, and James: Please review the latest versions of the example
pages for editorial and functional issues. All open editorial issues have
been resolved. Note that there are already several open bugs included in the
menubar project.

Finally, we need to decide which menu and menubar open issues must be close
before the first release of practices.  Please review the list of issues in
the next steps column of the menu and menubar project. Can any of those be
post poned till after release 1?
