Hi all, I think it would be nice to get some kind of special group effort involved in the PR burn down! A spring cleaning, perhaps?? My idea is basically for one month we make it a special part of the meeting, and celebrate people who review PRs or get any PR closer to closing. We can call out everyone who has done reviews (or follow up tasks) at the beginning of the meeting. It would be nice to have some special silly gift at the end for anyone who participated -- anyone who reviewed/wrote tests/opened issues on browsers/committed to browser. A sticker with braille on it? I'd do the mailing :) Maybe out of an effort like this, a few more people in our group will get used to/more comfortable with contributing. Celebration is a very effective motivator, and we don't do a lot of that in the ARIA working group. Valerie
