reminder: next meeting Feb 12

Hi aria editors,

Since my calendar confused me, here's a reminder that the next meeting is
Feb 12 (thus 3 weeks after the last editors meeting).

This is due to our decision to meet on weeks 2 and 4 of each month - and
due to the W3C calendar starting weeks on Sunday, i.e., we're currently in
week 1.
