Proposal for ARIA editors meeting: Tuesday or Wednesday (same time)

Hi everyone,

We decide to make the ARIA editors meeting on the second and fourth 
week, rather than every other week. Tuesday or Wednesday works for 
Peter, James N, Daniel and myself.

However, there is a conflict with WCG which would effect Scott, so he 
prefers Wednesday.

Please weigh in if you have a preference between those two days.
