Thanks for the notes.

RE  the label for 2147. I apologize for not having written more clearly. I
was thinking of something to cover potential deprecation. We have "no
consensus" as a github label but that didn't seem to fit. Something for the
flowTo situation would be more like "potentially deprecated" or
"problematic AT support".

Anyway, just a label for features and project is a good start.
