yay for Friday afternoon merges before a holiday weekend!

Once specref rebuilds from the new Editor's draft we can expect anything I missed to break subsequent builds of other specs in the ARIA suite. Please let me know what breaks in your specs and we can try to find a way to fix in a consistent way.
