Hi - we didn't have quorum in the ARIA Editors meeting, but I do want to update about the WAI site. As you may know, the site is built by Jekyll which runs on Ruby. There are version-specific dependencies in the code, and changes in how the ecosystem resolves versions broke the site. Steve was able to figure out how to work around it, but it seems likely this sort of issue will become more frequent. Of immediate interest to the ARIA Editors is that we had to turn off the APG build for the site. I'm not sure if it's related to the above issue or something else, but something in the APG build broke and then the WAI site stopped. We don't know how to fix this quickly and WAI staff are focused on finishing a funded project right now, so in the sort term will just need to defer updates to the APG for a few weeks. The positive outcome of this is that the WAI team is now all on board with replacing the WAI site with something that can be maintained going forward and sees it as an important project for the new year. We will begin requirements gathering in January. I expect whatever solution we pick will be easier to integrate things like APG than the current one is. Michael
