Not receiving GitHub emails

Hi,
I've been trying to figure this out and cannot find a solution, does anyone here know why github notification emails, such as issue reports plus comments and so on, would suddenly stop working, and how this can be fixed?

I've gone through all the settings, all email settings are checked, my email is listed there and it is receiving mail as normally, however I am not receiving any issue reports from any repo such as AccName nor comments nor action assignments nor anything else. (Spam folders are not catching it and it is nowhere in Outlook)

Any idea how I can fix something like this?
