RE: Agenda ARIA Editors 17 February 2021

Please add discussion of an ops/maintainer role for APG who would have merge permissions. This would be a non-editor role who would be allowed to merge only certain types of PRs based on a working agreement.

 

Also potential need for an additional APG transition repo.
