VO bot not running

Hi everyone,

As you know, the ARIA-AT App bots use GitHub action to run. There was a
recent change to GitHub Actions that has affected the bot for VO. We can't
currently run automated tests for any versions of MacOS. We are actively
working on a solution for this. You can check the status in this GH issue
<https://github.com/w3c/aria-at-app/issues/1454>.
