Re: Regrets for tomorrow and update

Hey folks,

I’ve checked again and have fixed the one test that wasn’t marked as “untestable” correctly. I’ve also reviewed the other conflicts and have found that many appear they may just be incorrect, for example:

  * Assertion Results for "b (quick nav on)" Command and "Name of button, 'Billing Address', is conveyed" Assertion

     * Tester tactics2 recorded output "heading level 3 Personal Information collapsed button You are currently on a heading level 3. " and marked assertion as passing.
     * Tester mmoss recorded output "heading level 3 Personal Information collapsed button You are currently on a heading level 3. " and marked assertion as failing.
Some also seem to be related to quick nav working as expected when I tested for the most part, for example:

  * Assertion Results for "Shift+b (quick nav on)" Command and "Role 'button' is conveyed" Assertion

     * Tester tactics2 recorded output "B To open the autofill menu, press the up or down arrow key, then press the return key to enter it into the form. You are currently on a text field. To enter text in this field, type. To open the autofill menu, press the up or down arrow key, then press the return key to enter it into the form." and marked assertion as failing.
     * Tester mmoss recorded output "heading level 3 Personal Information expanded button You are currently on a heading level 3. " and marked assertion as passing.

The rest being related to the usage of the function keys. I use an extended keyboard and did not encounter any issues testing those, outside of any issues reported in my results. For example:

  * Assertion Results for "Control+Option+F3" Command and "Role 'button' is conveyed" Assertion

     * Tester tactics2 recorded output "No output was detected." and marked assertion as failing.
     * Tester mmoss recorded output "Personal Information collapsed button heading level 3 is in the VoiceOver cursor " and marked assertion as passing.

Thanks!

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Regrets for tomorrow and update
Hi folks. Won’t make the meeting tomorrow because I will be flying.

I resolved the NVDA conflicts on the radio button group test, so it is good to go.

On the accordion tests with VO: as soon as Murray marks the tests where focus remained on the personal information button instead of moving to the billing address button as “untestable” as I have, it should clear up most, if not all of those conflicts.
