AT Driver discussion topics for BTT at TPAC

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned during yesterday's meeting, we've recently identified a 
couple open questions which would benefit from the wisdom of the Browser 
Testing and Tools Working Group. I've summarized those issues so that 
they can be more easily reviewed and discussed at next week's TPAC meeting:
