### Check in on dialog testing

1. Fixed issue: [Feedback: "Bump into the top edge of a modal dialog" (Modal Dialog Example, Test 8, V24.05.09) · Issue #1079 · w3c/aria-at](https://github.com/w3c/aria-at/issues/1079)
2. With this fix, VoiceOver should now pass the tests for bumping into the edge of the dialog.
3. The fix effected 4 tests that need to be re-run so the plan in the queue is now [Modal Dialog Example Test Plan V24.06.07 | ARIA-AT](https://aria-at.w3.org/test-review/147736).

### Website changes

1. VoiceOver bot now available in [ARIA-AT App version 1.3.1](https://github.com/w3c/aria-at-app/blob/development/CHANGELOG.md#131-2024-06-12), which also includes 3 bug fixes.

### APIs to support stakeholder use cases

1. Problem: We don't offer a robust way for AT vendors to integrate and maintain aria-at tests in their CI.
