Discuss whether to pause testing as we update test format.

### Review mockup of new test format

We have defined a new test writing format ([Test Format V2](https://github.com/w3c/aria-at/wiki/Test-Format-Definition-V2)) that changes how tests are written, what they can include, and how they are presented. We will re-write and re-run all test plans in this new format.

We will discuss content of a mockup of the new test plan review page. The mockup is shown in [V2 format test plan example review · Issue #978 · w3c/aria-at](https://github.com/w3c/aria-at/issues/978)

### Update on coming app changes

This [project board](https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/21/views/1) tracks progress on the next several rounds of changes to the ARIA-AT web site.

Over the next couple of months, we will deliver the remaining functionality we need to manage changes to test plans from draft review into candidate review and on to the recommended phase.
