Submitting test results brings tester to same task screen with form errors

Hi All,

 

I'm completing the Data Grid Example 1: Minimal Data Grid
<https://aria-at.w3.org/run/21>  with VoiceOver. Every time I submit results
for a task, I am taken back to the enter results page with my results gone
and all form fields showing errors.

 

My results are saved, but I only know this because I checked that they were
saved.  If when I get the errors I just activate the "continue" button, it
takes me to the next task.

 

Also, this test has multiple spelling mistakes in the task titles (e.g., cel
& colum)

 

Finally,  I have not had success getting in contact with Jon Gunderson via
email (Directly or through this email list) so we can meet and resolve any
conflicting results.
