Lots of conflicts for Select-only combobox test

Hi All,

 

I completed an initial pass on the Select-only combobox with NVDA.  There
were numerous conflicts that I would like to discuss and resolve.  I also
have some feedback on the steps to complete some of the tests as they could
be counfusing.
