Status report for ARIA-AT Automation

Hi ARIA-AT Community Group!

We at Bocoup wrote up a summary of the latest ARIA-AT Automation work and
how the different pieces fit together. It's posted as an issue so that
interested parties can easily provide comments to the open questions in a
single thread.
