Just to follow up, we briefly brainstormed candidate vocabulary after Michael left as follows:
-Operate(activate): Space Enter click, changing the state of value.
-Navigate: Moves the cursor, typically using the arrow or Tab key.
-Read: TBD
-Type: TBD
-Filter: TBD
-Inform: TBD
