ARIA-AT initial weekly meetings

Hi everyone,

Please join our weekly planning meeting for ARIA-AT. Over the next several
weeks we will be creating a plan for the group and defining our scope and
deliverables.

We recognize that we have participants from many time zones. We are open to
adjusting the time if it does not work for a significant amount of people
that want to be involved in these initial meetings.

   - When: every Wednesday for 1 hour starting on 2019-02-6 with 5 weeks
   planned
