Testing conditions are as follows.
Widget:menu or menubar <https://w3c.github.io/aria-practices/#menu>
Screen Reader: JAWS
Browser: Chrome, Firefox


As I was doing this I had a slight confusion with how I can document column B, context information.
When I was in Virtual PC (Reading) mode and cursor moved to Mythical University navigation region,
virtual cursor is obviously on navigation region, but also on menubar.

Hope I could hear thoughts on this tomorrow, but also feedback in general are appreciated.
