72-hour CfC: Advance DPUB-ARIA and DPUB-AAM to PR

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the ARIA Working Group on the question of advancing "Digital Publishing WAI-ARIA Module 1.1”(DPUB-ARIA) and "Digital Publishing Accessibility API Mappings 1.1”(DPUB-AAM) to Proposed Recommendation. The specifications can be found here:

This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are certainly welcome.
