The CfC to advance the " Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) 1.2"
specification to Candidate Recommendation [1] received only votes of support.
Therefore, it is agreed as a decision of the ARIA Working Group to approve
advancement of this spec to CR.
