(Apologies for failing to send this decision sooner. I was at the Web
Accessibility of Mathematics Workshop last week and this slipped my mind
as a result.)

The CfC to advance the "WAI-ARIA Graphics Module" and "Graphics
Accessibility API Mappings" specifications to Proposed Recommendation
[1] received only votes of support. Therefore, it is agreed as a
decision of the ARIA Working Group to approve advancement of these specs
to PR.
