This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) Working Group on the following resolutions:
1. Accept Michael’s enhancement to the specification and add txt to the term for deprecated to reference the conformance subsection on deprecated.

2. Accept Joanie’s proposal, on spin buttons, to deal with minimum and maximum values that includes spec text from James Nurthen regarding what authors SHOULD and MUST to regarding setting the aria value properties:
