Re: 7-day CfC: remove children presentational of true from menuitem , treeitem , and spinbutton

Point of clarification mainly intended for those of you who were not at
today's meeting.

At the time of this resolution, we had not discussed spinbutton as a
composite widget or the associated concerns some of us had. And while
the CfC to make spinbutton composite had no objections, we did not yet
have a decision. So the CfC described here does accurately reflect the
resolution.

However, later in the same meeting we did make the decision to proceed
with making spinbutton as a composite widget:

As a result of committing the approved changes to master, it is no
longer the case that spinbutton has children presentational. Menuitem
and treeitem currently still have children presentational.

Lastly, while removing children presentational from menuitem and
treeitem is a trivial change (insofar as the physical spec is
concerned), we are following our usual make-a-branch routine. The
