I have started Argument Representation Community Group, which I invite
interested parties to support:

 http://www.w3.org/community/blog/2013/05/29/proposed-group-argument-representation-community-group/
 http://www.w3.org/community/groups/proposed/#argmntreprsnt

What's different: Narrow focus on the topic of formally representing
argument. It is not intended to augment XML in any other way.

Why: Adam and I disagree on what topics are within this group's scope. I
felt strongly that it ought to focus as directed by its mission statement.
After a recent email from Adam, I no longer believe our differing views
can be reconciled.

I have no wish to distress Adam or cause conflict with him. I don't think
that butting heads over our differing views is fruitful. The Community
Development Lead suggested this split as one possible solution, and after
mulling it over, I agreed.

Everyone is invited. I promise that Argument Representation will stay on
its topic.
