Proposal submitted to Schema.org

Hi all,

Following on from our discussions I have submitted an outline proposal to
the Schema.org community based around Archive/ArchiveComponent.  In
parallel I have updated the demo site
<http://archive.sdo-archive.appspot.com/> to match.
