In the ITU of the UN report ‘Fast-Forward Progress: Leveraging tech to achieve the global goals” ( a link in the page https://itu.int/en/m/P/ 2017-CM17.aspx) there was a reference on ‘modelica’ –understood as a modeling language for technologies in engineering (in a publication ‘Modelica-an international effort to desing the next generation modeling language’). As there is not any spesific case for the web in http://www.modelica.org‘s publication (http:// modelica.org/publications): what is the relation between the two..? imagining that the web as a common information space may provide possibilities for ‘modelical libraries’ as examplified by a pubication ‘Aircraft- A Modelical Library for Aircraft Dynamics Simulation’…? –while considering complicity scales of usages…? –as there are different human experiences of needs facilitated by technologies…? Meanwhile I ask a question about "Your comment us awairing moderation": does it mean that the comment has not been available for public views...? Regard, Guntur Wiseno Putra
