Funding for TPAC - update

Dear colleagues,

I have mentioned the Sovereign Tech Fund scheme [1] on the past two calls
(deadline: 19th of May). This is specifically for funding Open Source
Software (OSS) Contributors to come to TPAC. I had mixed it up with the
Invited Expert program, which is expected to return (but details to be
announced by July, if so, I think).

If you are an OSS Contributor then I encourage you to apply to this fund [1]
but if you aren't, there ought to be another chance, on the Invited Expert
side of things, later in the year - and I very much encourage you to apply
for that!
