[ Accessible Platform Architectures Working Group ](https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/apa/calendar/)This is a one-off call, with special guests with CSS and accessibility interests, to discuss the [proposal to improve IDREFs by allowing relative references](https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/10143).

From our preparatory session, a reminder of a couple of key documents to review:

The ideas would be to discuss accessibility concerns, what sort of user research may be needed, and to feed into a breakout discussion at TPAC on this subject.
