3. Group discussion to prepare for next week's call on the proposal to [Improve DX of element reference attributes by allowing relative references instead of only ids](https://github.com/w3c/a11y-tracking/issues/256). **Please read the thread if you can before the APA call on the 8th this week.**

  - We should discuss the proposed agenda (including timeboxing). Current proposed agenda is: 
      - Recapping the possible opportunities and risks as we see them.
      - Discussing what further research is needed.
      - Discussing who may be able to carry out that research.
