EOWG charter

Colleagues,

I have reviewed the EOWG charter as laid out here: Accessibility Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG) Charter (w3c.github.io)<https://w3c.github.io/charter-drafts/2023/eowg-charter-2023.html>

I have found nothing worth commenting on, except I would like to see specific language (it is hinted at already, but not spelled out) that EOWG, due to its mission, provides accessible content according to current guidelines and the information the group itself provides. Yes, this sounds self-evident, but I have seen enough discussions of cause commitment in my days to know that it never hurts to be on the nose about such things and that there is always another nose to be on, in a manner of speaking, whenve3r youthink you've covered all your bases (noses?).

Other than that, it makes for concise, precise reading.

See you in a bit,

Best,
Fredrik
