For internal review: Compute Pressure API Accessibility Considerations section draft

Hello APA,

At TPAC we met with the Devices and Sensors WG and discussed their Compute
Pressure API. I have got pretty close to what I think may be a reasonable
final 1.0 for their Accessibility Considerations section, and have attached
it to this message. Please check it out, and comment on list, or on the call
tomorrow. I do think it needs some good, clear examples (the WG said that
devs who read their specs particularly like concrete examples). I have not
yet found any that I think entirely fit, within W3C/WAI space, and am open
to suggestions.

This is not a CfC (yet) but I would appreciate your thoughts.

Best regards,
