ACTION-2333 and ACTION-2334: Keyboard codes and keys

Hello all,

First off, happy new year!

I had a look at http://www.w3.org/tr/uievents-key/ and https://www.w3.org/tr/uievents-code/, two documents whose purpose and contents aren't that exciting. However, one thing struck me: shouldn't they also cover braille keyboards and sip/puff interfaces? Or is that out of scope?

Other than that, I don't see them needing any separate accessibility considerations sections or suchlike.
