Thank you, Roy. I think I have fixed the issues in the new remote-meetings repository now. (I used “git format-patch” and “git am” to apply the latest commits from the APA repository, fixed the CR/LF line endings and added a .gitattributes file that I hope will avoid that issue in the future, and then added the bibliography.)
