Becky, All: I've spent some time looking at these documents. I'm convinced we will want an Accessibility Considerations section at a minimum, and maybe some additional permissions in the specification(s): e.g. It should be clear that user agents are expected to make these device controls available to users, not just content providers. "Display" shouldn't just be "Screen Capture." A blind user might want to disable video display especially in a communal setting. There should be a concept of multiple devices of a class, e.g. multiple screens or multiple audio devices. So, I think we have some things to discuss here. I'm eager to learn whether others read these specs as I do, or whether I'm misunderstanding things.
