Re: [w3c/aria] Distinguish connotative / emotion rich decorative images from "purely" decorative ones (#1427)

I once drafted an ontology for aspects in images. We could try and do
more in making svg and canvas more reusable and understandable. But i think
this is a big - and useful - project.
It could be a module for personalization or a joint TF.
