AW: apa-ACTION-2293: Review the performance timeline https://w3c.github.io/performance-timeline/

Hello everyone:


I don't quite know the procedure with the tracking and so on, but anyway, I have a small and rather sad report to give regarding Performance Timeline. The spec is simply too low-level to be of interest to us as far as I can tell. There are not really any user-facing aspects worth considering.

Any other thouhgts from anyone?
