Fwd: RE: Call for Consensus (CfC): Publish XAUR as W3C Note

Forwarding these comments based on email communication confirming
permission to post publicly (originally on the public-apa-admin list),
with the original commenter in copy. Also copying the Research Questions
Task Force sub-list.

[Note about logistics: These comments were sent last Friday before the
CfC closed as a return reply to the public-apa-admin address. The system
responses to that message made it appear that the messages would be
accepted if the person emailing them gave permission to post the
messages publicly, and she gave permission to do so. Janina clarified to
me today that the messages had not been received, and would not have
posted to the public-apa-admin list regardless of permission because of
the way that that list is configured. As a matter of logistics,
team-side we should see if it is possible to customize the default
system messages for mailing lists with this type of configuration.]

I will also add these comments to GH, and send a follow-up message
noting the URLs of the logged and labeled comments, plus two other XAUR
comments that were logged last week but not labeled at the time.

Thanks,

- Judy
