Janina notes that the clocks change next week in the US, but not in
other areas just yet.

Janina: Pronounciation is moving forward, thanks to everyone who
responded on the CfC.
... Research Questions - Verifiable Claims. Recall our meeting in
January, where we were asked for use cases.
... one key use case: certification of vaccinations etc. for service
animals that could be embedded in their chips.
