Re: HTML Accessibility Review

Hi Léonie, all,

Just a quick message to ACK your suggestion of filing issues on HTML, and reporting back on your tracker issue. I will complete that today. I do expect there could be some false positives, so might start by commenting on some of the existing now-closed issues in the HTML repo to confirm things first.

With respect to severity, this should start to become clear from the comment I’ll make on your tracking thread. I don’t feel qualified to make that sort of determination, but when the info is in the format you need, I’ll let the list know, so we can figure it out.

Throughout my review it’s been clear that consideration for accessibility matters has been taken across the board (just one small example: some of the changes were to improve the accessibility of code samples) - of course this isn’t surprising, but it’s always good to find.

best regards,

Matthew
