Who should I contact about with my concerns about the CAPTCHA article?

I have a concern about certain statements made in the w3 article. https://www.w3.org/TR/turingtest. It was recommended that I send my concerns to this email address. My concern is that there is incorrect information in the article that I would like to draw someone’s attention to. If you could direct me to a person to contact regarding this article, that would be greatly appreciated.
